Mother and Child Staff Love at Izzi Early Education

Happy Belated Mother’s Day! Family is an important value to our culture, and we want to take a moment to recognize two mother and child pairs in our staff. Thank you to Gabriela Arroyo and Jonathan Oei for sharing their special relationship with their mothers!

My mother is Amalia. First of all, I am the person I am thanks to my mother. She is the strongest person I know. She guided me to be the best version of myself and fall in love with early childhood education. We love to travel, go to concerts, and enjoy theme parks. Especially trying new foods! My favorite memories are seeing her with her grandchildren and creating beautiful memories. I am thankful for her.

To me, my mom is more than just a mom, she is my best friend. There is not a day that goes by where we aren’t together walking, getting boba, or going to the mall. She is the most caring, beautiful, loving, strong and hard working person I know. Even after a long day of work, she is always smiling and ready to walk. My favorite memory with my mom was when we took a family trip to Disneyland. I will never forget how happy I was to be beside her holding on to her hands on every ride and watching the lights and characters pass us. I will always cherish the memories I make with my mom. Happy Mother’s Day to you. I love you forever <3.
