Make a Donation.
Izzi Early Education is one of the Bay Area’s largest nonprofit child care providers—and we couldn’t do this work without you. Every gift helps us provide high-quality early education and care for children and families of all backgrounds.
Your donation directly supports:
Nurturing classrooms where children can learn, play, and grow.
Resources for teachers and staff who guide children every day.
Families who rely on safe, affordable, high-quality care.
Your gift fills the gaps federal funding can’t. While Head Start covers many core services, private donations provide critical extras, from classroom enrichment and health and vision care to workforce development for early educators and family support, directly benefiting children and families across San Mateo County.
See the Difference Your Gift Can Make
Every gift helps children, families, and teachers thrive by funding the programs and services that fall outside federal Head Start funding. From classroom enrichment and mental health support to workforce development and family resources, your donation ensures children in San Mateo County have the tools, experiences, and care they need to succeed.
Here are some examples of what your gift could provide to families:
$25 — Books and early learning materials that spark play, language, and discovery.
$50 — Health Hero: Hygiene kits and classroom basics that keep children healthy and confident.
$100 — Family Partner: Provide essential resources that help families thrive — from groceries and travel cards to jackets, shoes, and other necessities.
$250 — Enrichment Builder: Music, movement, and enrichment activities that deepen learning (these extras are often outside federal funding).
$1,000 — Teacher Sponsor (workforce impact): Sponsor a teacher’s professional development through EarlySpark Institute — a direct investment in local early-childhood workforce capacity.
$2,500 — Mental Health Support Champion: Provide essential mental health services at a center-based site by funding consultants and behavioral therapists who support children, teachers, and families in building resilience, emotional well-being, and positive learning environments.
$5,000 — Community Partner: Support comprehensive services –education, health, nutrition, and family engagement — across multiple classrooms.
Sponsor a Teacher for Training — One-time gift or recurring support options available. Sponsorships are tax-deductible and accelerate workforce development by helping new teachers earn credentials and gain hands-on experience.
Give with confidence: Every gift is tax-deductible and goes where it’s needed most. If an item is already covered by federal funding, we use donated funds to expand access or serve more children.
Gifts of $250 or more receive a personalized classroom update (photo and short note from a teacher) plus a digital thank-you package. Recurring donors receive quarterly impact emails and special recognition on our donor page.
